Absa8 (referred to herein as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of absa8's website, mobile application, and all associated services.

• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing or withdrawing through a third-party account will be treated as fraud.
• Deposits are generally free of charge. However, if the payment gateway applies its own fees, those charges are the responsibility of the user.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It converts to real balance once the required wagering conditions have been met.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, absa8 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending an investigation.
• absa8 complies with international AML standards to prevent money laundering. Proof of source of funds may be requested when necessary.

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within the standard timeframe. Delays may occur if verification is required or during periods of high traffic. If your withdrawal has not been processed within 24 hours, please contact support.

Absa8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to provide added value for users. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and is credited after the first deposit. The same person may not claim the bonus through multiple accounts.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance will be cancelled. Any associated winnings may also be voided.
• absa8 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer without prior notice. Terms of ongoing bonuses will not be affected.
• Winnings from free spins are generally subject to wagering requirements. Free spins must be used on designated games within the specified time frame.
• If Bonus Abuse or Bonus Arbitrage activity is detected, the account will be closed and the balance will be forfeited.
• The claim window for bonuses is generally 72 hours. Any unclaimed bonus will expire automatically after this period.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your bet carefully before confirming.
• Where the Cash Out feature is available, you may partially or fully settle a bet within a specified window. The Cash Out value will vary depending on market conditions at the time.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. If the odds shift between the time you place your bet and the time it is accepted, the system will display the updated odds. If you do not accept the new odds, the bet will be cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, absa8 reserves the right to void the affected bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded in full.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets on that match will generally be voided and stakes refunded. Rules may vary depending on the specific market.
• A parlay bet pays out only if every selection is correct. A single incorrect selection voids the entire bet. If one selection is cancelled, the parlay is reduced accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to protect the integrity of absa8 and the safety of its users. Violations will result in permanent account closure.

• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or by providing false information.
• Involvement in match fixing or any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of a sports event.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds of illegal origin.
• Attempting unauthorised access to absa8's systems, software, or network.
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party or as part of a professional betting syndicate.
• Allowing a minor to use an account, or acting on behalf of a minor.

If any of the above activities are detected, absa8 may suspend the account, forfeit the balance, and report the matter to law enforcement — all without prior warning.

• Your personal information — name, mobile number, and email — is used solely for service operation, KYC verification, and communications.
• Your information is never shared with third parties unless required by law.
• All data is secured with SSL 256-bit encryption. Server security is regularly audited by independent third parties.
• You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or ask us to correct any inaccurate information.
• To opt out of marketing messages, use the "Unsubscribe" option or notify our support team.

Transaction records are retained for a specified period in accordance with legal requirements. Even after an account is closed, transaction records are not deleted, as this is required for international compliance.

Absa8 may temporarily or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification, or providing false identity information.
• After a prolonged period of inactivity (typically 12 months).
• The user submits a self-exclusion request or applies to close their own account.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

If an account is permanently closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw their balance, unless it has been subject to forfeiture due to a terms violation. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact support.

To close your account, submit a request via support chat or email support@absa8.net. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Absa8 believes online gaming is for entertainment — not a way to earn income. We provide a range of tools and features to help promote responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum limit on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given time period.
• Session Timer: Track how long you have been playing and set your own limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a long-term break from the platform (ranging from 6 months to permanent).

• The Bengali version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative text. In the event of any discrepancy in translation, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
• If any individual term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
